Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, phone number and/or email address, the property address, and your contact preferences. This is the information I need to respond to your request and schedule an inspection.

This site also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to me.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and schedule and perform inspection services. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy: Netlify (netlify.com/privacy) and Google (policies.google.com/privacy).

Links on this site to external services, such as InterNACHI certification verification or Google reviews, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

I keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and record-keeping requirements.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
