Inspection Day
I arrive on time and spend 2–4 hours doing a thorough walkthrough. You're welcome to join — I'll explain everything I find as we go.
Your Report
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a detailed digital report with photos, descriptions, and clear severity ratings. No jargon, no confusion.

I inspect homes throughout the Grand Traverse region and into the Eastern Upper Peninsula — from Traverse City up through the Straits and beyond.
Typical coverage is northwest and northeast Lower Michigan (roughly north of the Houghton Lake line) and the eastern Upper Peninsula. Exact trips depend on scheduling.
